FISHING:

The great fishing conditions continue.  Today was a very active day with up to 30 boats out fishing.  Blue waters were reported at about 15 miles and the top locations for Sailfish bite were south of Punta Bruja and west of the Island.  Capt. Omar on the “Sun Dancer” reported the biggest fish of the day, a 9’4’’ 130 lbs. Sailfish.  Mahi-mahi are also still biting, not as many sightings as last month but there are still some going after the troll.  Inshore: Bonitos and crevalle jacks are crowding every zone.
